I'm a highly motivated and knowledgeable group class instructor with over 23-years experience and 4-years experience in 1-2-1 Personal Training. Delivering and encouraging Fitness is my passion. I can relate to all fitness levels and strive to deliver fitness programmes that deliver results and constantly research best practices for all. My fitness training has enabled me to teach in different parts of the world with a wide variety of individuals. I like to incorporate new ideas for quicker results and encourage proper nutrition.
