About My Classes
Daley Thompson has won more decathlon honours than any man before him. He was the first man to win two Olympic gold medals and a World Championship. He also created four world records, won three Commonwealth gold medals (1978, 82 and 86), two European Championships (1983 and 86) and was unbeaten for nine years. He also was the first athlete to hold all four major titles at the same time in the same event and is still the British record-holder for the event with a score of 8847. He was awarded the MBE in 1982, the OBE in 1986 and the CBE in 2000.
He retired from sport in 1992 but has committed his life to health and fitness, realising his dream of owning his own gym – DaleyFitness.
Daley takes two classes a week his Monday and Saturday Circuit Class.
“My circuits are never the same twice, expect your fitness levels to be challenged. You will walk away feeling like you have just earned your next treat”
