About My Classes
My Wednesday circuit class is all about variety. High intensity sprints and explosive movements one-week, lower intensity functional fitness and core stability the next. This diversity means you will never get bored of showing up and will always leave with a smile on your face having learnt something new.
Too tyred is my new class developed using our new tyre flipping machines and will have high intensity at its core. So if you’re in rush but still need to get your fix of all things gym come along for a wheely good time.
How I can improve your health:
I like to approach health and fitness from a holistic standpoint. The body needs to be kept in balance through proper training and good nutrition as its central pillars. Whilst in the gym I like to focus on strength and conditioning alongside functional training to keep your body working to its best ability and able to accomplish any task you throw at it. I combine this with nutritional advice to help you get the best from your training but still allow you to enjoy some of life little pleasures.
