Daley's Old School Circuits

World famous decathlete with more athletic honours than we care to count and now your trainer! Daley's circuits are never the same twice, expect your fitness levels to be challenged. You will walk away feeling like you have just earned your next treat.

Boxing Fitness

Want to get in shape like a boxer? Our Boxing Fitness class is the perfect way to do just that. This class combines boxing-inspired exercises with strength and cardio moves to help you get fit and toned. Led by experienced trainers, this class is perfect for anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding workout.

Classical Mat Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named after Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

Yoga

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity or periods of recovery. You should aim to do multiple explosive movements designed to shock the body in to releasing calories and working hard!

Candle-Lit Yoga

Candle-lit yoga is the ideal safe, soothing, serene space to come and relieve those harrowing every day stresses! As the name suggests, we use candles and one of Tara 2's carefully selected playlists to give this session a much more calming ambience.
