Class Schedule

Our classes promise you a fun, engaging and innovative workout. We cater for all levels from beginners to the regular gym goer.

From the great Les Mills workouts you would expect, to our high octane HIIT classes that help you shape and sculpt your body, to working out with Daley himself in his not to be missed circuit classes.

Whether you are time rich or poor, we have a class for you from 20-30 minutes to a full 90 minutes. Our qualified instructors are experts in their fields and have devised classes to push and challenge you and help you get results.

No booking is required for classes. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Come early to avoid disappointment.
